A picturesque stroll to the beach

Waking up to the vibrant sounds of Goa was a delight. The breakfast spread was a feast, diverse daily, and the staff, especially Ali, added charm to each morning.

The room, while clean, felt cramped, and I missed the small comforts like hand towels.

Employees were extraordinarily friendly!

Appreciated the grand cottage with comfortable bathroom, and excellant and absolutely perfect location especially in the restaurant where there was live music with different teams singing in different days.

I was upgraded to a beautifully maintained standard queen room with sofa cum bed. The room had an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and an air conditioning plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Had a great time at Estrela! The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety. Location was perfect, just a quick stroll to the beach. A bit of maintenance is needed, but overall, a solid choice for families. Would come back!

I truly enjoyed luxury and clean room in this hotel.

location: the hotel was short walk to beach and market place as well as water sports.

Great beach access and kids enjoyed the play area. Rooms are too small.

Excellent quality room and beautiful bathroom, good breakfast. Had particularly good location to airport or railway station, only a short distance to a goan restaurant. Also - adjacent to markets outside and 100 mtrs and food.

I liked the friendly staff, the good quality and reasonable price of the food in the restaurant and the easy access to the beach.

The room that we stayed in had no usable window as it was on the ground level and so a curtain had to be kept drawn to avoid people passing looking in.

Great access to water sports and a perfect spot for candlelight dinners by the beach. We had a blast exploring nearby shops.

Food served in the restaurant is good, and reasonably priced. Location is very good for beach access.

Entry to the property i.e. the Reception area is pathetic. First impression as soon as you enter this property is disappointing to say the least. Once you are inside, it is not so bad. Swimming pool is mostly dirty, mainly because its surrounded by lots of trees and plantations.

This is my worst experience ever in last 10 trips of Domestic and International. I went for Holiday, but entire trip was spoiled after staying in hotel. I can not even say this is 3rd Class hotel, it is even worst than that. We choose this hotel through Booked.net with opinion that Booking.doc must be having Quality and money worth hotels, but after visiting to hotel We all are shocked that how Booked.net or any other Travel agent organisation can recommand this hotel.. It was also mistake from our side that even after going through reviews on site we selected this hotel just because recommanded by Booked.net (a International standard Travel Agent), but We got lesson do not just trust any Agency also.. We will never select any hotel through Booked.net in our life and recommand everyone for the same. This is not Hotel cheated us but Booked.net.... We have also given same review to Hotel hotel management.. I hope they have some sense to act on it to improve their hotel services.... This is "The Super worst hotel."...

This is "The Super worst hotel."... - Hotel arrangement in Mess. - We had booked Family room for 4 people but management offered us two separate bedsheets for 2 of us sleep on Floor.. This is pure cheating... They also charged for that.. - Housekeeping service and staff is like service at "Small Chai ki Tapri" - All are shameless... No one knows what are their rolls.

The breakfast selections were excellent, offering diverse options that changed daily. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were well-maintained. Rooms were notably cramped, and there was a general sense of the hotel needing maintenance. Noise from both the surrounding area and other guests could be disruptive at times.

Value for money, I had a great deal hence booked a family room that's the only reason, location is ok not that great its very interior hence need a car or 10 min walk till main road.... Rooms are descent.

A beach property which is just close to beach not exactly on the beach, so its not a beach property, Staff is rude especially the reception they are ready to fight with the guest at anytime they did with me, lacks hospitality, room service is the worst I have ever seen...... They expect to charge for everything but not willing to give much in return, No manager available at the hotel to resolve queries and help the guest. Rooms are ok but Ac was not working hence we had to change which was a smaller room...still ok but overall the rudeness and other factors left a bitter taste in the end.

Nothing. Horrible service would not recommend to anyone. Was provided with inferior room than what I paid for.Had a worst experience of my life.

Everything was pathetic. Check in process took 1.30 hr.Receptionist quarrels to charge additional apart from tariff and taxes, will not recommend anybody.Booked.net should take out this hotel from there list or else it will spoil there reputation.
